Add Jay Davies, Sarah Hart and Tim Robbins to your Email address book. Take two screenshots, one showing how to add people and another of your address book with the three team members in. Their addresses are:

The Microsoft website shows you how to use Microsoft Outlook which you might use at home.

Make sure you have edited your signature so that your name appears automatically at the end of every email you send.

Send an email to Jay, CC the email to Sarah, and BCC the email to Tim.
Attach your research document you prepared in the last unit
Send the email high priority
Explain to the team about the research you have done
Explain about the dangers of opening email attachments
Choose a sensible subject line

If you don't know why it is dangerous to open email attachments, look at the teach-ict website.

Check your email for a reply from Jay. Save the attachment he sends into your work area and add your name to the top of the document.
You will print this document at the end of this unit.
You can use this document in later tasks if you want. Do not delete the email.

The email that Jay has sent was not sent to Sarah or Tim. Forward the message to them so that they are aware that Jay is happy with what you have prepared so far.

Reply to Jay's email. Attach the two documents showing screenshots of how to add to the address book and how to edit your signature that you prepared earlier.
