Cheers for the flyer, it looks great. This next task is sure to be easy for you. We have a problem passing messages within the office. Let's say I am out of the shop down at the suppliers. When messages come in for me, Liz, who mans the office, will write the note on the nearest piece of paper to hand. It looks a bit of a mess when I get back, and it is difficult to tell which bits of paper are my messages, and what are other bits of paper that I need to deal with. What we need is a memo design, so my messages will stand out clearly. I'll leave it to you. |

Use either a desktop publishing or word processing program to create a blank memo sheet.
You should include boxes where people will fill in information such as the date and any other you think is needed.
Make sure you use the same colours, fonts, logo, tagline and design features you have used in the flyer so that they look like they come from the same business.
Dont forget to spellcheck.

Write out a memo to Liz to tell her that the new memo design is complete and she should use it for future messages to the rest of the team.

Print out
The blank memo you have designed.
The completed memo you have sent to Liz.
You can compare your work to this portfolio.
