Oh, glad you are here, I really need your help. Next week I am going to an important meeting with a group of charity workers who could organise some big donations to the Trust. I really need to wow them so that they support the charity. We are really desperate to move out of these small premises, and into somewhere where we have more outdoor space for the animals. The problem is that the new building in Portland Street is going to cost over £400,000. How will we ever raise that sort of money without these peoples' help? I just hope you are able to help me convince them. |

Rob needs to give a speech to a group of people involved with raising money for animal charities. He needs to convince them that Tilsham Animal Trust is an organisation worth supporting.
You need to write Rob’s speech for him in a word processor. It should cover the following points:
Introduce himself
What is Tilsham Animal Trust?
What sort of work do they do at the centre?
What problems does the animal centre have?
How could raising money help the centre?
How much money is needed?
Thank people for listening?
You need to be convincing and try to use emotional language that will convince people to support the charity. Check the spelling of your speech.

Rob wants to have a presentation that can be shown when he is giving his speech. Create a blank presentation and create five blank slides.

Rob wants to make sure that the presentation looks professional, and that it matches the corporate design ideas that you have already developed.
Choose a suitable Slide Design, and edit the colour scheme to match those you chose earlier.
Here is a Video to help you with using the task pane for slide design and colour schemes.

Rob thinks that the Tilsham Trust logo should appear on every slide. View the slide master and put the logo on the master slides so that it appears on all the slides in the show.
Change the fonts to the ones you decided earlier
Don't forget to close master view when you have finished
The University of Reading website has some useful information about slide masters

Divide Rob’s speech that you have written into five parts. Copy the parts of the speech, so that one part is in the speaker notes area for each slide. Check the spelling of your slideshow

Add notes from the important parts from Rob’s speech onto each slide. Display the information in a suitable way. Add images from the Internet or ClipArt to match the information you have included.

Choose suitable animation for each slide. Screenshot how you did this. Explain why you chose these animations.

Choose suitable slide transitions for each slide. Screenshot how you did this. Explain why you chose these transitions.
