OK, time to get the fundraising started. I think what we need is a flyer which can be sent to all of the surrounding area. It could make people aware of the shelter and the good things it does. It could also tell people about the services we offer, like pet innoculations. You could go for a leaflet that tries to persuade people to hand over their cash, or it could tell them about how to adopt one of our animals. You need to choose a corporate identity for use with the business. This includes chosing colours, fonts, and a logo and tagline that can be used on all business documents and web-pages in the future.
Take some time chosing these and investigate different combinations. Think about the audience that the documents will have to appeal to.
Once you have your ideas, complete the corportate identity document.

You need decide on a logo for the business.
You can design your own logo, or you can use the logo in the help section, but it will need changing to suit your colours and fonts.
Once you have a logo, complete the second corporate identity document.

Use a desktop publishing program to make a flyer for the business. It can be landscape or portrait. Remember what Rob said in the introduction. You could also use your research and the information Rob sent you.
The flyer will be posted through local letterboxes and should make people more aware of the business.
It may be part of a special promotion. Make sure you use your corportate identity ideas.

Proof read the document to ensure there are no mistakes.
